Excellent service on repair while passing through Colorado

I had a clutch issue that required I stop in north Denver. My first call before towing was to Interstate, spoke to John in Service. He assured me that when the bike got to the shop it would be looked at, and after towing that is exactly what happened. No surprises. My experience with John was very reassuring when on the road in the middle of a 2500 mile trip. His help and the shop's immediate attention is why I called a Honda shop FIRST and would do so in the future. A big thanks to John for facilitating the repair, and being so understanding of my situation.

Great Customer Service

Last weekend I purchased a pre-owned Honda Shadow Aero from Interstate Honda. I have very little motorcycle knowledge. Tracy, my sales representative, was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. By the time I rode away with my new bike I think I had met the whole staff. Everyone was eager to supply me with great information and make sure that I would be happy with my purchase. They helped me get a great new helmet as well. I have shopped several other places, but none of them compare to the staff at Interstate Honda. For the best customer service from honest folks, I highly recommend Interstate Honda. I love my new bike!

Stay away from this place !

Surly sales person by the name of Alex who combined a thug-like demeanor and high pressure sales tactics in response to an honest request on my part to inquire into the purchase of a new honda motorcycle. Apparently the sales staff at interstate honda requires a nearly immediate commitment to a purchase before demonstrating either professionalism or basic courtesy.

Always excellent

We have worked with Greg since his days at Fort Collins Cycle Center (I think that the shop name is correct) in 1990, even ordering an alternator for our 79 Gl1000 through him (while he was with Yamaha), in Loveland & back to Fort Collins. He has consistently been very good to us and is a valued supplier & friend. TOP SHELF!
